Board & Brush: Board and Brush is a fun activity to do with your student while in town. The creative studio has a wide variety of projects for you to become a DIY master. During the class you will engage in woodworking and painting to create one-of-a-kind pieces for your home. Thacker 564 Crawfish Fridays: Crawfish is a southern delicacy; however, it can seem like a daunting task to prepare at home. Luckily, during the entire month of April, Thacker 564 is hosting a crawfish boil with live music every Friday from 5-7pm. Whether you are a pro or a first time Crawfish eater, it is a must do this Spring in Oxford.
Yoga in the Gallery: Are you a Yogi or always wanted to try a yoga class? Regardless of your experience level, the University Museum and RebelWell yoga have partnered to bring yoga to the gallery this spring. From now until April 22nd, free classes open to the public will be offered every Monday at 8:30am.
Baseball: Its Rebel Baseball season yʼall! The temperatures are rising which makes it the ideal time to watch the Rebels play at Swayze Field! This season the Ole Miss baseball team will play 15 home games between April-May. For more details on those games, click here.
Double Decker: The wait is finally over! The much-anticipated music, food and arts festical is April 26-27. This one-of-a-kind event offers insight into Oxford’s eclectic food and arts scene. Vendors from all around northern MS come out to give visitors a taste of the unique culture. The festival also includes a variety of live music; one could say there is something for everyone. If you’re planning on attending be sure to stop by the POM tent and say hey!
