I started the Lily Pad when I graduated from Ole Miss.” She explained and went on to share her secret to longevity in the business, “Retail is a hard profession, but I have had wonderful customers and employees throughout the years.” The customer experience is a top priority to Courtney. She went on to say that making sure her customers always feel welcome from the moment they walk in the store to the moment they leave is their goal every day. Her daily focus is that her staff does an incredible job to meet every customer’s needs while in the store or on the phone asking for help. The team must be doing something right, Courtney and her staff recently celebrated the store’s 21st birthday in April.
For Recruitment 2021, the team at The Lily Pad has worked diligently over the past year to source a broad assortment of items to make gift giving for your future sorority girl easy. Knowing that the week of recruitment can be stress filled they have made the shopping for gifts painless for you and fun for your daughter by coming up with daily themes for each day.

All you do is select which days to send out gifts to your daughter, give the team an amount you prefer to spend, and they will do the rest, choosing items and treats that match the theme of the days, and preparing them for delivery. When it is time to deliver gifts, someone from the team personally delivers the goodies and baskets to your daughter to ensure safe arrival and distribution. Bid Day baskets will be sent to all of the Sorority houses on Sunday or Monday and your daughter can pick it up at her new home!
